Terms & Conditions

Last updated 13 October 2026

These terms govern your use of BroadbandLog (the "Service"), a fibre contract tracking tool operated by Silverlining Digital ("we", "us"). When you use the Service you are contracting with Silverlining Digital.

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or continuing to use the Service, you agree to these terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind it.

2. The Service

BroadbandLog lets companies record fibre broadband contracts, costs and renewal dates across their sites and share them with their team. You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for activity under your account, and for providing accurate information.

3. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the Service, including:

  • using it for any unlawful purpose or in breach of any law;
  • fraud, spam or impersonation;
  • uploading content that infringes anyone's intellectual property;
  • interfering with security, introducing malware, probing for vulnerabilities, or scraping the Service;
  • reverse engineering, reselling or circumventing technical limits of the Service.

4. Intellectual property

Silverlining Digital retains all ownership of the Service and its intellectual property, including software, documentation and branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service under your subscription. You keep ownership of the data you enter, and grant us a limited licence to host and process it solely to provide the Service.

5. Payments and subscriptions

The Service costs £99 per month per company, with a 30-day free trial. Payment details are collected at the start of the trial and the subscription renews monthly until cancelled. Cancel before the trial ends and you will not be charged.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund terms are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms.

6. Service level

We work to keep the Service reliable, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" without implied warranties.

7. Liability

Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or data. Nothing limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. When access ends, you may request an export of your data within 30 days, after which it will be deleted.

9. General

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. You may not assign these terms without our consent. We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
